Our yarn factory, which belongs to UZUNLAR TEXTILE and has a closed area of 40.000 m², has a production capacity of 54.720 spindles. With this capacity, 38 tons /day production is realized. Our facility was established in 2022 and has been designed with the latest technology Rieter brand K48 spinning machines, Muratec brand bobbin machines and Trascar brand full automation system. In this way, production is carried out with zero errors and maximum efficiency.
The facility consists of two lines, 100% compact combing and mixing lines. Our facility, which has the ability to process fibers such as cotton, modal, viscose, Bamboo, Lyocell, polyester, silk, linen, has the ability to produce these fibers by mixing them at any rate in the mixing line.
Our facility, which can produce yarn in any thickness between Ne 20/1 and Ne 80/1, also uses the yarn produced by our own knitting enterprise. In accordance with our quality standards, daily and hourly quality control is carried out in our yarn laboratory, which consists of all USTER brand machines, in order to analyze the highest quality fibers and control the manufactured yarn. In addition, instant data is collected from all machines with the spiderweb system.
