In our knitting factory, which has 10.000 m² closed area, belonging to UZUNLAR TEKSTIL In line with customer demands, raw fabrics are produced in various knitting types and widths. The facility consists of a total of 122 circular knitting machines, all of which are of the latest technology Mayer and Terrot brands, tubular and open width. Thanks to this, it has a capacity of 30 tons / day. Fabric types such as single jersey, rib, two-thread, camisole, interlock, pike, mini jacquard with and without elastane are produced in widths between 22-110 cm as a tubular and 160-200 cm open width. The raw fabric produced daily is fully checked with 5 quality control machines before moving to the dyeing-finishing plant, and errors that may arise from knitting are prevented.
